FAQ's

Do you allow walk-ins, or do I need to make a reservation?

We do allow walk-ins, but we prefer that you make an advance reservation to ensure we have a Jet Ski available for your desired time.

Do you provide life jackets with the rental, or do I need to bring my own?

We provide each customer with the proper life jackets that fit and abide by Provincial safety codes.

How old do I need to be in order to rent a Jet Ski?

In order to rent a Jet Ski, you must be 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License.

How much does it cost to rent a Jet Ski?  What happens if I don't show up for my rental?

Please visit our Rental Rates page for pricing and cancellation policies.

Does your insurance cover any damage I accidentally cause?

No.  Unfortunately, that's not how it works.  When you rent the Jet Ski, we'll run a pre-authorization and place a hold on  your credit card for a set amount.  If damages occur, the person that rents the Jet Ski is liable.  Our team will walk around the Jet Ski with you and take pictures during orientation so we are all aware of any existing scratches or damages.

Can I park the Jet Ski on the beach or drive the Jet Ski in the nearby rivers?

No.  Our Jet Skis are not to be beached or driven in rivers.  Jet Skis are required to stay on the water away from shorelines.  Because of the impeller, Jet Skis can suck up sand, plant life, and other debris found on shorelines and shallow riverbeds, and this can damage the watercraft.  If any of these damages occur, you will be held responsible.  Besides, it's harmful to the environment to travel up the rivers and disrupts the spawning grounds.

Do you offer water accessories with Jet Ski rentals?

No.  Unfortunately, the tow ropes can get easily caught in the impeller of the Jet Ski and cause damage that would cost you a lot extra!

Is there a limit to the length of time I can rent a Jet Ski?

We have rates available from 4 hours to 7 days, and several options in between!

What time should I arrive for my rental?

It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your rental pick-up time.  This allows us the time you'll need to get you checked in, sized for your PFD and set up before your rental time begins.

Will I still be charged for a rental if the weather is really bad and I don't want to go out on the lake?

Unless the weather is completely unfit for being on the water (thunder and lightning) during your rental period, you'll be charged for your rental - whether you're there or not.
